Serves 1 // 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 80g rice flakes
  • 250 ml of cow milk
  • 150g black raspberries (you can use blueberries instead)
  • 50g gooseberries
  • 15g coconut shreds

Directions:

  1. Cook rice flakes with milk until they ready.
  2. Add coconut shreds at the end of cooking.
  3. Blend black raspberries on mousse.
  4. Combine ready rice flakes with mousse and gooseberries.
