Berry Buns ingredients

Berry Buns

Serves 8 // 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250g low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of xylitol
  • 100g corn flour
  • 20g vanilla pudding
  • 200g frozen berries

Directions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, xylitol, and pudding.
  2. Shape into balls, lay out on baking paper and flatten.
  3. Shape dimples for berries with a spoon.
  4. Mix the berries with xylitol and place in the dimples.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
