Brownie Muffins with Cashew Nuts
Serves 12 // 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 20 g dark cocoa
- 400g red beans
- 10g baking soda
- 30g xylitol
- 30g cashew nuts
Directions:
- Rinse the beans from the pickle and mix all ingredients except cashew nuts.
- Fill the molds halfway with the resulting mass.
- Put cashews on the top.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
