Strawberries Pancakes

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 80g of rye flour
  • 150g strawberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 50 ml of natural yogurt
  • 5 ml of rapeseed oil
  • xylitol (optional)

Directions:

  1. Flour, eggs, baking powder, xylitol (optional) and milk blend to a smooth mass and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut 100g strawberries into small pieces and add them to the finished mass.
  3. Fry the pan with a little rapeseed oil and warm it up.
  4. Put the ready mass on the pan (2 tablespoons) and fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
  5. Pancakes put one on top of the other, pour the yogurt and add the remaining strawberries.
