Pasta with Basil Pesto and Salmon
Serves 1 // 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 120g fresh salmon
- 100g pasta with durum flour
- 20g feta cheese
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 50g fresh basil
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- lemon pepper, salt
Directions:
- Marinate salmon in lemon pepper and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta in lightly salted water.
- Mix the basil with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and a little water.
- Cut into half cherry tomatoes.
- Stew salmon in a pan. Add water if needed. Cut into pieces ready fish.
- Mix pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes and salmon.
- Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle the ready dish.
