How to Make Pasta With Broad Beans and Feta Cheese?
Serves 1 // 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100 g of pasta
- 200 g broad bean
- 30 g feta cheese
- 5 g butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- pinch of parsley
- 10 g of lamb’s lettuce
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Cook beans and noodles separately in lightly salted water.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and add chopped garlic.
- Fry for 5 minutes and add the beans. Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
- Add pasta, parsley, half feta pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix everything and fry for a while.
- Serve with lamb’s lettuce. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
