Serves 4 //  40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of almonds
  • 30 g of pumpkin seeds
  • 30 g of cashews
  • 20 g coconut shavings
  • 40 g of dried dates
  • 10 g of cocoa

Preparation:

  1. Grind the almonds and mix them with cocoa.
  2. Pour boiling water over the dates and set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend everything and put it into the cake mold.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Leave ready mass to cool and cut it into 4 bars.
