How to Make Pasta With Broad Beans and Feta Cheese?

Pasta with broad beans and feta cheese

Serves 1 //  25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of pasta
  • 200 g broad bean
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • 5 g butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pinch of parsley
  • 10 g of lamb’s lettuce
  • salt, pepper
Pasta with broad beans and feta cheese

Preparation:

  1. Cook beans and noodles separately in lightly salted water.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan and add chopped garlic.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes and add the beans. Continue frying for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add pasta, parsley, half feta pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Mix everything and fry for a while.
  7. Serve with lamb’s lettuce. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
