Lentil Salad With Tuna and Tomatoes

Serves 1 // 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 80 g of lentils
  • 200 g of tomato
  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 15 ml of olive oil
  • 100 g of pickled cucumber
  • 60 g of onion
  • salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, dill to taste

Preparation:

  1. Chop onion finely, crush the garlic. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan in 5 ml of olive oil.
  2. Boil lentils in lightly salted water.
  3. Dice the tomato and cucumber.
  4. Drain the tuna from the brine.
  5. Mix everything together, season with dill and herbs and pour olive oil.
