Salad with Chicken, Feta Cheese and Dried Tomatoes

Serves 1 // 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 50g rocket
  • 30g dried tomatoes
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 15g olive oil
  • 15g mustard
  • Herbs de Provence, sweet pepper, salt, pepper
Salad with chicken feta cheese and dried tomatoes sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken breast into slices and marinate in Herbes de Provence, sweet pepper,
    salt, and pepper. Put it in in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour over dried tomatoes by boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut into cubes ready tomatoes and feta cheese.
  4. Fry the chicken breast in 5 ml of olive oil until it is slightly brown.
  5. Make a dressing with the remaining oil and mustard.
  6. Arrange on the plate: rucola, dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and chicken.
  7. Pour prepared dressing over salad.
