Salad with Chicken, Feta Cheese and Dried Tomatoes
Serves 1 // 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150 g chicken breast
- 50g rocket
- 30g dried tomatoes
- 30g feta cheese
- 15g olive oil
- 15g mustard
- Herbs de Provence, sweet pepper, salt, pepper
Directions:
- Cut chicken breast into slices and marinate in Herbes de Provence, sweet pepper,
salt, and pepper. Put it in in the fridge for 30 minutes. - Pour over dried tomatoes by boiling water and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cut into cubes ready tomatoes and feta cheese.
- Fry the chicken breast in 5 ml of olive oil until it is slightly brown.
- Make a dressing with the remaining oil and mustard.
- Arrange on the plate: rucola, dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and chicken.
- Pour prepared dressing over salad.
