How to Make Gingerbread Muffins?
Serves 10 // 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 50g dark chocolate
- 120 g banana
- 30 g honey
- 200 ml milk
- 20g dark cocoa
- 30 ml olive oil
- 5 g baking soda
- 10 g of spices
- 50g low-sugar jam, e.g. strawberry
- 30g almond flakes

Directions:
- Blend wet ingredients: eggs, banana, olive oil, 100 ml milk and honey to a
homogeneous mass.
- Sift flour, cocoa, soda, spices through a sieve and blend with a wet mass.
- Ready mass pour into cupcake molds (1 tablespoon each).
- Add a teaspoon of jam to the molds.
- Cover the jam with another layer of mass (1 tablespoon).
- Put everything into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
- If ready, leave to cool.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate together with the remaining milk in a small pot. Add more milk if necessary. Stir to create a coating.
- Ready glaze pour on muffins.
- Sprinkle muffins with crushed almonds.
