How to Make Lentil Salad With Tuna and Tomatoes?
Serves 1 // 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 80 g of lentils
- 200 g of tomato
- 100 g canned tuna
- 15 ml of olive oil
- 100 g of pickled cucumber
- 60 g of onion
- salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, dill to taste
Preparation:
- Chop onion finely, crush the garlic. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan in 5 ml of olive oil.
- Boil lentils in lightly salted water.
- Dice the tomato and cucumber.
- Drain the tuna from the brine.
- Mix everything together, season with dill and herbs and pour olive oil.
