How to Make Nut and Chocolate Energy Bars?

Serves 4 // 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 30 g of almonds
- 30 g of pumpkin seeds
- 30 g of cashews
- 20 g coconut shavings
- 40 g of dried dates
- 10 g of cocoa

Preparation:
- Grind the almonds and mix them with cocoa.
- Pour boiling water over the dates and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Blend everything and put it into the cake mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Leave ready mass to cool and cut it into 4 bars.
