Pearl Barley with Chicken in Zucchini and Tomato Sauce
Serves 1 // 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g chicken
- 50g pearl barley groats
- 150 g zucchini
- 300g tomatoes
- 20g fromage cheese
- 20 ml olive oil
Directions:
- Wash chicken, cut into cubes and marinate with peppers, salt and pepper. Put in the
fridge for 15 minutes. - In the meantime, boil the porridge.
- Fry the chicken in olive oil.
- Cut the zucchini into small cubes, and blanch the tomatoes, peel and cut them.
- Simmer the vegetables with the oil for about 15 minutes.
- Add ready chicken and braise the whole.
- Serve with groats.
