How to Make Sandwiches with Egg Paste, Ham and Dried Tomatoes?

Serves 1 //  10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml plain yogurt
  • 30 g turkey ham
  • 20 g dried tomatoes
  • 70 g rye bread
  • clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper, chillies

Preparation:

  1. Boil eggs hard.
  2. Cut ham and tomatoes into cubes, squeeze the garlic through the press and mix with yogurt.
  3. Cut the boiled eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and season.
  4. Blend paste to your favorite consistency.
  5. Put ready paste on sandwiches.
