
Snickers Pancakes
Serves 2 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients (4 pancakes):
- 100g corn flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 30 g (1 scoop) protein powder (vanilla, white chocolate, cookie, etc.)
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 5g coconut oil
Filling:
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 40g peanut butter
- 1 banana
Top:
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 20 g peanuts

Directions:
- Combine cornflour, eggs, milk, protein powder and baking soda in a bowl. The pastry
should be battered. - Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Form pancakes and fry them until bubbles show up before flipping. Cook another side
until golden brown. 4 pancakes should be made out of dough. - Combine yogurt, peanut butter and chopped banana to create a stuffing.
- Fill pancakes with stuffing, and roll them up.
- Heat chocolate until it becomes liquid and pours over the pancakes.
- Put some peanuts on the top.
