Strawberries Pancakes
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 80g of rye flour
- 150g strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50 ml of natural yogurt
- 5 ml of rapeseed oil
- xylitol (optional)
Directions:
- Flour, eggs, baking powder, xylitol (optional) and milk blend to a smooth mass and let stand for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut 100g strawberries into small pieces and add them to the finished mass.
- Fry the pan with a little rapeseed oil and warm it up.
- Put the ready mass on the pan (2 tablespoons) and fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
- Pancakes put one on top of the other, pour the yogurt and add the remaining strawberries.
