Coconut rice flakes with gooseberries and black raspberries mousse
Serves 1 // 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 80g rice flakes
- 250 ml of cow milk
- 150g black raspberries (you can use blueberries instead)
- 50g gooseberries
- 15g coconut shreds
Directions:
- Cook rice flakes with milk until they ready.
- Add coconut shreds at the end of cooking.
- Blend black raspberries on mousse.
- Combine ready rice flakes with mousse and gooseberries.
