How to Make Sweet Potato Fries?
Serves 1 // 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 250g sweet potato (1 piece)
- 150g of natural yogurt
- 10 ml of olive oil
- 5g garlic
- spices: salt, pepper, chillies
Directions:
- Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into fries shape.
- Mix the spices and olive oil in a bowl.
- Put the sweet potato fries in the spice bowl and stir until they are all coated with breadcrumbs.
- Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake the fries for about 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, crush the garlic with a press and mix with yogurt. Add spices and put them in the fridge during baking.
- Serve ready fries warm, dipping in garlic sauce.
