Cuted sweet potato and garlic

How to Make Sweet Potato Fries?

Serves 1 // 30 minutes.


  • 250g sweet potato (1 piece)
  • 150g of natural yogurt
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • 5g garlic
  • spices: salt, pepper, chillies

  1. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into fries shape.
  2. Mix the spices and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Put the sweet potato fries in the spice bowl and stir until they are all coated with breadcrumbs.
  4. Set the oven to 180 degrees and bake the fries for about 30 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, crush the garlic with a press and mix with yogurt. Add spices and put them in the fridge during baking.
  6. Serve ready fries warm, dipping in garlic sauce.
