How to Make Salad with Avocado, Feta Cheese, Lychee and Pistachios
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 50g of lamb’s lettuce
- 70g avocado
- 40g feta cheese
- 5 lychee
- 30g pistachios
- 15 ml olive oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml honey
- spices: salt, pepper
Directions:
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce and put on a plate.
- Add the avocado and feta cheese to the lamb’s lettuce.
- Crumble pistachios, peel and cut lychee.
- Prepare dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, honey and spices.
- Pour over the finished dressing
