How to make cheese bake with salmon
Serves 2 // 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 200 g whole grain pasta
- 120g smoked salmon
- 1 egg
- 50g mozzarella
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 20g fresh dill
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the packaging in lightly salted water.
- Mix egg with yogurt, lots of dill, salt and pepper.
- Add chopped mozzarella to the mixture.
- Combine ready pasta with salmon and put into casserole dish.
- Pour whole egg and cheese mixture.
- Bake in an oven at 160-180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
