How to make chicken breast with thyme?
Serves 1 // 50 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g chicken breast
- 80g pearl barley
- 30g camembert cheese
- 20g dried tomatoes
- 10ml honey
- 10 ml olive oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 5g garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt pepper
Preparation:
- Boil the groats in lightly salted water.
- Wash chicken breast and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Combine honey, lemon juice, olive oil and thyme. Pour dressing on meat.
- Add chopped garlic.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake meat for about 40 minutes.
- At the end of baking, add chopped cheese and dried tomatoes.
- Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is dissolved.
- Serve ready meat with pearl barley.
- You can decorate the plate with lettuce, tomato and sprouts.
