How to make chicken breast with thyme?

Chicken Breast with Thyme

Serves 1 //  50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 150g chicken breast
  • 80g pearl barley
  • 30g camembert cheese
  • 20g dried tomatoes
  • 10ml honey
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 5g garlic
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • salt pepper
Chicken Breast with Thyme

Preparation:

  1. Boil the groats in lightly salted water.
  2. Wash chicken breast and place in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Combine honey, lemon juice, olive oil and thyme. Pour dressing on meat.
  4. Add chopped garlic.
  5. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake meat for about 40 minutes.
  6. At the end of baking, add chopped cheese and dried tomatoes.
  7. Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is dissolved.
  8. Serve ready meat with pearl barley.
  9. You can decorate the plate with lettuce, tomato and sprouts.
