Millet Pudding Recipe

Millet Pudding with Cocoa and Chia

Serves 1 //  15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g millet
  • 200 g milk
  • 20 g honey
  • 20 g creamy pudding
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 5 g dark cocoa
  • 50 ml plain yogurt
  • 15 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g banana

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the groats in cold water.
  2. Mix natural yogurt with cocoa and chia seeds, set aside in the fridge.
  3. Pour milk over milk and cook. Add water if needed.
  4. Melt pudding in 50 ml of water and add to porridge at the end of cooking.
  5. Mix ready porridge with honey. Transfer to a bowl.
  6. Pour the millet with cocoa yogurt, add banana and nuts.
