Millet Pudding Recipe
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100 g millet
- 200 g milk
- 20 g honey
- 20 g creamy pudding
- 10 g chia seeds
- 5 g dark cocoa
- 50 ml plain yogurt
- 15 g hazelnuts
- 30 g banana
Preparation:
- Rinse the groats in cold water.
- Mix natural yogurt with cocoa and chia seeds, set aside in the fridge.
- Pour milk over milk and cook. Add water if needed.
- Melt pudding in 50 ml of water and add to porridge at the end of cooking.
- Mix ready porridge with honey. Transfer to a bowl.
- Pour the millet with cocoa yogurt, add banana and nuts.
