Apple Pancakes
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 80g corn flour
- 5g baking powder
- 150g apples
- 50 ml of milk
- 30g protein powder vanilla flavor
- 10 ml of olive oil
Directions:
- Beat protein, add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently.
- Cut the apple into small cubes and put it into the mass.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the mass on the heated frying pan with oil and fry on low heat.
