Apple Pancakes

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 80g corn flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 150g apples
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 30g protein powder vanilla flavor
  • 10 ml of olive oil
Bite of apple pancakes

Directions:

  1. Beat protein, add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently.
  2. Cut the apple into small cubes and put it into the mass.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of the mass on the heated frying pan with oil and fry on low heat.
