Berry Buns
Serves 8 // 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 250g low fat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of xylitol
- 100g corn flour
- 20g vanilla pudding
- 200g frozen berries
Directions:
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, xylitol, and pudding.
- Shape into balls, lay out on baking paper and flatten.
- Shape dimples for berries with a spoon.
- Mix the berries with xylitol and place in the dimples.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
