Brownie Muffins with Cashew Nuts

Serves 12 // 35 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g dark cocoa
  • 400g red beans
  • 10g baking soda
  • 30g xylitol
  • 30g cashew nuts

Directions:

  1. Rinse the beans from the pickle and mix all ingredients except cashew nuts.
  2. Fill the molds halfway with the resulting mass.
  3. Put cashews on the top.
  4. Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
