How to make cheese bake with salmon

Cheese Bake with Salmon

Serves 2 // 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g whole grain pasta
  • 120g smoked salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 20g fresh dill
  • salt, pepper
Cheese Bake with Salmon

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the packaging in lightly salted water.
  2. Mix egg with yogurt, lots of dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Add chopped mozzarella to the mixture.
  4. Combine ready pasta with salmon and put into casserole dish.
  5. Pour whole egg and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in an oven at 160-180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
