How to make Chia Pudding with Pear
Serves 1 // 60 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 30g chia seeds
- 200g natural yogurt
- 20g peanut butter
- 10g coconut flakes
- 200g pears (1 large piece)
- 10 ml lemon juice
Preparation:
- Mix chia seeds with yogurt and set aside in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
- Blend pears with mousse and lemon juice.
- Put peanut butter on the bottom of the glass.
- Add a layer of chia yogurt, then pear mousse and chia yogurt again.
- Sprinkle with coconut and chopped pear.
- Put in the fridge to cool.
