How to make Chia Pudding with Pear

Chia pudding with pear

Serves 1 //  60 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 30g chia seeds
  • 200g natural yogurt
  • 20g peanut butter
  • 10g coconut flakes
  • 200g pears (1 large piece)
  • 10 ml lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Mix chia seeds with yogurt and set aside in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
  2. Blend pears with mousse and lemon juice.
  3. Put peanut butter on the bottom of the glass.
  4. Add a layer of chia yogurt, then pear mousse and chia yogurt again.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped pear.
  6. Put in the fridge to cool.
