How to Make Chickpea Spread with Dried Tomatoes?
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 150g canned chickpeas
- 70g rye bread
- 20 g dried tomatoes
- 10g of lamb’s lettuce
- 5g garlic
- 10 ml of olive oil
- Herbes de Provence, pepper, salt
Directions:
- Rinse the chickpeas with the pickle, blend on a smooth paste with olive oil, spices and garlic.
- Chop dried tomatoes.
- Mix the paste with dried tomatoes.
- Apply ready spread on sandwiches.
- Put lamb’s lettuce on top.
