How to Make Chickpea Spread with Dried Tomatoes?

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 150g canned chickpeas
  • 70g rye bread
  • 20 g dried tomatoes
  • 10g of lamb’s lettuce
  • 5g garlic
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • Herbes de Provence, pepper, salt

Directions:

  1. Rinse the chickpeas with the pickle, blend on a smooth paste with olive oil, spices and garlic.
  2. Chop dried tomatoes.
  3. Mix the paste with dried tomatoes.
  4. Apply ready spread on sandwiches.
  5. Put lamb’s lettuce on top.
