Chocolate Mug Cake with Raspberry Mousse
Serves 1 // 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 50 ml milk
- 60g corn flour
- 20 g protein powder (any flavor)
- 1 banana
- 5 g cocoa
- 5g baking powder
- 100g raspberries
- 10g coconut flakes
- 10g cranberry
Directions:
- Blend egg, banana, protein powder, flour, baking powder and cocoa to a smooth
paste. - Put into a big cup and place in the microwave for 5 minutes
- Heat the raspberries in a pan to make a mousse.
- Pour the ready cake with raspberry mousse, sprinkle with coconut and cranberry.
