Chocolate Mug Cake with Raspberry Mousse

Serves 1 // 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml milk
  • 60g corn flour
  • 20 g protein powder (any flavor)
  • 1 banana
  • 5 g cocoa
  • 5g baking powder
  • 100g raspberries
  • 10g coconut flakes
  • 10g cranberry

Directions:

  1. Blend egg, banana, protein powder, flour, baking powder and cocoa to a smooth
    paste.
  2. Put into a big cup and place in the microwave for 5 minutes
  3. Heat the raspberries in a pan to make a mousse.
  4. Pour the ready cake with raspberry mousse, sprinkle with coconut and cranberry.
