Chocolate Pancakes with Raspberries

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 60g rye flour
  • 10g dark cocoa
  • 10 ml of honey
  • 100g raspberries
  • 50ml natural yoghurt
  • 5g baking powder

Directions:

  1. All ingredients except raspberries and yoghurt blend to a smooth mass.
  2. Add raspberries and mix carefully.
  3. Spread pan with olive oil and warm it up.
  4. Put the ready mass on the pan (2 tablespoons) and fry on both sides until it is golden
    brown.
  5. Pancakes put one on top of the other, pour the yogurt and add raspberries.
