Chocolate Pancakes with Raspberries
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 60g rye flour
- 10g dark cocoa
- 10 ml of honey
- 100g raspberries
- 50ml natural yoghurt
- 5g baking powder
Directions:
- All ingredients except raspberries and yoghurt blend to a smooth mass.
- Add raspberries and mix carefully.
- Spread pan with olive oil and warm it up.
- Put the ready mass on the pan (2 tablespoons) and fry on both sides until it is golden
brown. - Pancakes put one on top of the other, pour the yogurt and add raspberries.
