How to Make Couscous with Kaki and Tangerine?

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 50g couscous
  • 150g of natural yogurt
  • 250g kaki
  • 75g mandarin
  • 20g almonds
  • 2g cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pour couscous boiling water and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix ready couscous with natural yogurt and cinnamon.
  3. Cut the kaki, peel the mandarin, mix it with couscous.
  4. Put almonds on the top.
