Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup with Black Cumin
Serves 1 // 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g onion
- 150g carrots
- 15 g sunflower seeds
- 10g of black cumin
- 20 ml olive oil
Directions:
- Fry chopped onion and garlic cloves in 1 spoon of olive oil.
- Add chopped carrots and fry them for 5 minutes.
- Scald the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut into small cubes.
- Add it to the vegetables and cook it all over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add spices: black cumin, herbes de provence, chillies, pepper and salt.
- After the time has elapsed, blend the vegetables with cream.
- Roast sunflower seeds on pan with the addition of a tablespoon of oil.
- Sprinkle it on cream.
