How to Make Egg muffins?
Serves 1 // 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200g broccoli
- 100g red pepper
- 50g chicken breast ham
- 50g feta cheese
- 30g onions
- 5g garlic
- 15 ml olive oil
- Spices: salt, pepper, chillies
Preparation:
- Put the broccoli on boiling water. Boil for about 3 minutes, remove and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the addition of garlic, salt and pepper and chili.
- Add broccoli, diced ham, olive oil and cheese. Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
- Fill the molds with the mass and put in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes.
