How to Make Egg muffins?

3 eggs, broccoli, red pepper, garlic, chicken breast ham

Serves 1 // 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200g broccoli
  • 100g red pepper
  • 50g chicken breast ham
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 30g onions
  • 5g garlic
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Spices: salt, pepper, chillies

Preparation:

  1. Put the broccoli on boiling water. Boil for about 3 minutes, remove and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the addition of garlic, salt and pepper and chili.
  4. Add broccoli, diced ham, olive oil and cheese. Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
  5. Fill the molds with the mass and put in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes.
