How to Make Egg on Toast With Avocado, Feta and Pomegranate?

avocado, egg, feta cheese, (4 slices) rye bread, pomegranate

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 140g (4 slices) rye bread
  • 1 egg
  • 50g avocado
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 30g pomegranate
  • 5 ml lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the slices in the egg and fry in a pan on low heat.
  3. Smash the avocado with a fork with the addition of lemon juice.
  4. Apply on ready sandwiches.
  5. Sprinkle with feta cheese and pomegranate.
