How to Make Ice Cream a’la Snickers

Ingredients:
- 120 g banana
- 150 g skyr
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 30 g peanut butter
- 15 g cashews
- 20 g dark chocolate

Preparation:
- Freeze the banana.
- Blend frozen banana, skyr, yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Put in the freezer for about 4 hours.
- Sprinkle with cashew nuts and dark chocolate pieces.
