How to Make Ice Cream a’la Snickers

Ice cream Snickers

Serves 2 //  10 minutes + 4 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g banana
  • 150 g skyr
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 15 g cashews
  • 20 g dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Freeze the banana.
  2. Blend frozen banana, skyr, yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Put in the freezer for about 4 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and dark chocolate pieces.
