How to Make Oat Cottage Cheese with Apple Mousse?
Serves 1 // 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100g cottage cheese
- 40g oat flakes
- 200g apples
- 10g raisins
- cinnamon, cardamom
Preparation:
- Pour oats into boiling water and set aside to cool.
- Cut the apple into cubes and stew in a pan with the addition of a little water, cinnamon and cardamom to make a mousse.
- Mix the ready flakes with cottage cheese.
- Arrange the mousse and sprinkle with raisins.
