How to Make Oat Cottage Cheese with Apple Mousse?

Serves 1 // 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 40g oat flakes
  • 200g apples
  • 10g raisins
  • cinnamon, cardamom

Preparation:

  1. Pour oats into boiling water and set aside to cool.
  2. Cut the apple into cubes and stew in a pan with the addition of a little water, cinnamon and cardamom to make a mousse.
  3. Mix the ready flakes with cottage cheese.
  4. Arrange the mousse and sprinkle with raisins.
