Spring Oat Pizza from Pan
Serves 1 // 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50g oats
- 15g dried tomatoes
- 10g nigella
- 40g chicken ham
- 30g feta cheese
- 20g broccoli shoots
- 50g cherry tomatoes
- 5 ml olive oil

Directions:
- Chop dried tomatoes and feta cheese into cubes.
- Combine eggs, oats, dried tomatoes, nigella, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Form a base for pizza and fry until it ready.
- Cook other side and put ham and feta cheese. Cover pan in a lid until cheese melted.
- Slice cherry tomatoes into half and put it on the top with broccoli shoots.
