Oat Pizza Ingredients

Spring Oat Pizza from Pan

Serves 1 // 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50g oats
  • 15g dried tomatoes
  • 10g nigella
  • 40g chicken ham
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 20g broccoli shoots
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 ml olive oil
Spring Oat Pizza from Pan

Directions:

  1. Chop dried tomatoes and feta cheese into cubes.
  2. Combine eggs, oats, dried tomatoes, nigella, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Form a base for pizza and fry until it ready.
  5. Cook other side and put ham and feta cheese. Cover pan in a lid until cheese melted.
  6. Slice cherry tomatoes into half and put it on the top with broccoli shoots.
