How to make poached eggs with avocado toast

Serves 1 // 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of rye bread (70g)
  • 70g avocado
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Boil water with a pinch of salt and vinegar.
  2. Put the eggs one by one on the boiling water, use a spoon to mix the water gently and create oval shape the eggs.
  3. Cut the avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Bake bread in a toaster, oven or pan.
  5. Apply avocado and ready eggs to prepared bread.
  6. Season with oregano and pepper.
