Power balls with dates and almonds

Serves 7 // 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g dried dates
  • 100 g almonds
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 15g dark cocoa
dates and almonds

Directions:

  1. Pour dates with boiling water and let stand for about 15 minutes.
  2. Blend almonds with dark chocolate.
  3. Drain water from ready dates, add it to the rest and blend again.
  4. Put the resulting paste in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
  5. Form balls and coat in cocoa.
  6. Ready to put in the fridge again.
