Power balls with dates and almonds
Serves 7 // 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 120 g dried dates
- 100 g almonds
- 30 g dark chocolate
- 15g dark cocoa
Directions:
- Pour dates with boiling water and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Blend almonds with dark chocolate.
- Drain water from ready dates, add it to the rest and blend again.
- Put the resulting paste in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
- Form balls and coat in cocoa.
- Ready to put in the fridge again.
