Protein Banana Bread
Serves 2 // 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 100g corn flour
- 50g spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 30g protein powder white chocolate flavor
- 150 ml of milk
- 2 medium bananas
- 20g nuts
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 tbs baking soda
Directions:
- Peel bananas and cut them into slices.
- Blend all ingredients except nuts.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Ready dough pours into mold and put in the top shelled and crushed nuts.
- Bake it for about 45 minutes.
