Protein Banana Bread

Serves 2 // 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100g corn flour
  • 50g spelt flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g protein powder white chocolate flavor
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 20g nuts
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tbs baking soda
Protein Banana Bread mix

Directions:

  1. Peel bananas and cut them into slices.
  2. Blend all ingredients except nuts.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Ready dough pours into mold and put in the top shelled and crushed nuts.
  5. Bake it for about 45 minutes.
